Alan Willett has been called to bring his expertise to many parts of the globe, including Ireland, England, Portugal, India, Turkey, South Africa and of course many parts of the United States of America. He has consulted with high technology organizations around the world, ranging from small startups to such giants as Comcast, ASM, Orbital ATK, NASA, Microsoft, and Oracle.

Alan is the author of the book Leading the Unleadable: How to Manage Mavericks, Cynics, Divas, and Other Difficult People, which won the distinction of being named a Soundview Business Book of the Year in 2017.

Before his work as a consultant, Alan Willett spent 20 years building and delivering superior integrated software-hardware products to the marketplace.

Originally a software engineer, he quickly took on management positions as a result of his strong organizational skills and commitment. At Xerox, he was part of the management team that created Xerox’s first ever digital print production system.

Alan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in the Management of Technology and Organizational Change. He designed his master’s degree around the art of culture-change in the fast-paced world of technology. In his career, Alan has worked side by side with executives and leading experts from around the world.
